  To be honest, I was worried how the colors would turn out on the wood, and was taking a shot at what I though COULD be a beautiful piece. Coloring wood pieces could end up making the piece look, at best, not what I was hoping, and at worst, cheap. The website sold me, because the photos there look great, and when the box showed up, it did not disappoint. The images look like highly detailed, deep stains, or tattoos. They look absolutly authentic and exactly what I was hoping for. The wood is high quality and sturdy, not any kind of thin basswood or balsa. Very sturdy, and well-crafted box. It was manufactured very quickly and arrived at my door sooner than expected. The customer service is top-notch, verifying everything you input to them to ensure you are getting what you want. For anything you are spelling on a plaque, verify the spelling. They will print everything you are putting down, so ensure your spelling and grammar is correct. I didn't have an issue with this, but I imagine this happening. All-in-all, I highly reccommend this company. Very satisfied with my product.

  The box I ordered shipped the next day and arrived at my house in less than 3 days. It is exactly what I expected it would be; it appears to be of good quality and is a very beautiful piece. My only criticism is that there is only one lid stay attached to it. I do believe that over time and some use, that lid stay will break.
